Department of Administrative and Financial Law - Scientific activities
Scientific activities
The department, which was established in 2002, principally takes part in scientific activities in the fields of constitutional law, administrative law, law of public finances and financial law. Research topics: constitutionality of public administration, administrative autonomies, administrative justice, telecommunication and communication systems, public services, law of public finances, prudential supervision of financial markets and law of public funds.
The slogan of our department is: Practice, research, teach! We, who teach administrative and financial law, also research and practise them at the same time. The branching authority of the notary of the mayor’s office, the supreme authority, the decision and legality supervision tasks of the government’s officer, the judging activities of the administrative judge, the specific way of looking at the perspective of the lawyer, the responsibility of the preparer of the decisions of the Constitutional Court are such skills that we do not learn from books but from practice and more practice.
